We have taken pieces from various renowned sales and entrepreneurial training and created our own to efficiently streamline our training processes. We have also put in place a training program that is carefully designed to ensure the development of each team member. This will also ensure that every leader in the office can teach through experience and lead by example.

Starting at the entry-level, our program is designed to spark the entrepreneurial spirit and effectively teach team members how to successfully manage an entire campaign. The personality traits for leadership will be learned at the entry-level as team members master the sales and marketing foundation of our business. Public speaking, interviewing, and team management will be the next area of training as our team members continue to navigate our program.

What to expect

At Cincy Grind you can expect to learn first and foremost.

Every aspect of sales and marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship will be taught through carefully designed training modules and hands-on implementation. Candidates can also expect to be pushed, challenged, and brought outside their comfort zones in order to accelerate development. One of our favorite sayings is “there is no growth in the comfort zone and no comfort in the growth zone”, and we believe this. But above all, you can expect to be a part of a family.
